Where's the option to switch between piano and guitar?

Haven’t been here for a while but has the option to switch between piano and guitar chords not available anymore?

Yeah we lost this feature in the new version, but we are working to get it added back in.

Piano and guitar chords can still be viewed by hovering over the section dropdown and selecting “view guitar and piano fingerings”, as shown below. As @dave mentioned, this is different than the guitar/piano appearing directly below the TheoryTab, but hopefully it helps.
