When sorting band templates by date included ones should be *last* not first

It’s annoying having to scroll past the included band templates when sorting by date when I want to see my newest ones first.

The built-in ones have no date, but lacking a date value shouldn’t be treated the same as if they were saved 0 seconds ago.
