Hello when I have FL studio and google chrome with hooktheory open, I experience audio crackle
any ideas ? I know it has to do with audio sample rate but can’t figure out how to solve it
@hamikaze you might take a look at your CPU usage and see if Chrome is taking up too many resources. Web audio is not as optimized as a native DAW, and so you will start to hear some crackles if the browser is short on resources.
You might look at your audio interface. It might be a buffer size that is too small. Increase the buffer size and maybe that helps it.
I do not have FL studio, but I have Ableton live. And that has the audio settings at preferences. Look for the buffer size and increase it quite a lot, if it solves the problem then that is the reason.
