What do I do exactly to request a name change or deletion of a Theorytab

The ‘learn how to contribute’ page says to leave a message on Facebook, but what do I do exactly, e.g. how must the message be laid out, do I say the old name and then the name I’d like to rename it to, do I include a link etc

The best bet is to post it here, with a link to the TheoryTab, and what the title/artist name should be changed to.
