Videos not playing on Hook Theory I iOS

I just bought Hook Theory I on iOS & the videos aren’t playing at all. Nothing happens when I press play.

Hi @KarliAstoria,
is this all videos? Can you see the videos and there is just no sound or is it a blank video entirely. If the former, can you check if your mute switch is controlling the volume of the videos. Depending on your settings this may be the case and you would just need to switch the mute switch off. Second step would be to do a quick reboot of your phone to see if that flushes things out.
