Trying to connect issue

I have recently been getting “Trying to connect” message in the upper right corner of hookpad. When I click on that message it says I have no internet connection …but I do have an internet connection.

A drop down box then appears that says “No connection” (but I am connected)
At the bottom of the drop down box it says “enable these features anyway” so I click on that and start doing my work with no problem.

For some reason hookpad thinks I have no internet connection when in fact I am correctly connected.

I am experiencing this as well, but found the problem goes away if I whitelist in my adblocker (uBlock Origin).

That has solved the problem for me. I disabled uBlock and made hookpad a trusted site. Now the message has gone away and I am working normally again. Thanks Neurozero!!! great catch.
