As per my title here, none of my students accounts will load up the videos on TheoryTab to play along with the track. My admin account works perfectly fine. I have confirmed this bug by using multiple computers and having them log in first, and then me with my admin account.
On there accounts (all of them) theorytab just tries loading the YouTube video in the top right and it doesn’t play the section on that page either. It will keep loading and never give us the option of YouTube. When we open it in HookPad, we lose the sync to YouTube.
Please help!
