For the last maybe two weeks, very often when trying to change sounds in the Band-section, the “Downloading and preparing sounds…” notification does not disappear and the sound won´t download.
This occurs with both Chrome and Firefox, with different computers and with different Internet connections.
Any fixes for this?

Is this happening on all of your songs or just some? If it’s happening on a particular song, could you send the name of it to support@hooktheory.com and we can see what’s going on.

I have the same symptoms as you.
The band sound of a specific file stops at 93% load and the window does not disappear. It can be loaded on a smartphone but not on a PC. Please tell me how to solve it.
even though this is a necrothread (5 years ago), i’m not seeing the issue on either chrome or edge. maybe check your version and if need be refresh - crtl-R or shift-f5
current rev - 2.32.8
if still failing maybe clear the browser cache for the site.
