Sliders + and - buttons for tempo and swing timing has no boundary points

This bug allows you to create tabs with over 300 BPM and over 75% swing timing

I have fixed the issue with the + and - buttons, so now is the time to get crazy with extreme swing factors and tempos. After the next update this won’t be possible any more.
