Last night I purchased the standard version of Chord Crush, and I still get hit with the paywall after a short while of using it. I have the receipt pdfs that that payment processor sent me. How can I resolve this?
This issue was resolved by Hooktheory through email support.
Thanks @StrongmanMcBuff for reporting this. Part of this issue is we rolled out an update to the shopping cart / payment integration and some users weren’t getting their product activation emails. Separately, the Chord Crush app itself wasn’t correctly pulling login information from the Hooktheory website (www) so it was possible to not be logged in to the Chord Crush app. We pushed several updates to fix all of this throughout March and April.
