Power Chord and 7(#9) fixes only present in Hookpad, not on Database

Recent fixes for displaying minor chords (no 3) as power chords [ex. F5 instead of Fm(no 3)], and for removing unnecessary 8va for certain dominant 7 #9 chords only appear in the Hookpad player, but not on the database pages.

Yes, that’s alright. The database is not running on the latest version of Hookpad right now. As soon as it is updated, those chords will be fixed.
