Tried Import MIDI melody option and hookpad tells me I need to purchase. Same situation with saving a file. However, I have already purhcased a subscription and activated via the link in welcome email. What to do?

This happened to someone else today so we’ll look into what is going on.
in the meantime, try logging out of and back into the app as per the link above

Hello, I have the same problem! I just purchased the monthly subscription but I can’t download or use certain features, it asks me to purchase again. I followed all the instructions on the activation email successfully. Could you please help me solve this? thank you.
