Paid subscription not activating..?

Tried Import MIDI melody option and hookpad tells me I need to purchase. Same situation with saving a file. However, I have already purhcased a subscription and activated via the link in welcome email. What to do?


This happened to someone else today so we’ll look into what is going on.

in the meantime, try logging out of and back into the app as per the link above
