My Courses not found in menu. Cannot create courses

Hi!
I Really do not find the menu where to create courses though I follow the instructions.
Is it supposed to be in this menu of the picture?

It looks like you may be signed in with a different account than the one I set up with Classroom. I won’t repeat the details here since this is a public forum, but you can try signing in with your other account. Let me know via email if you’d like me to switch which the account to administer courses with.
