I am getting incomplete files. It only produces output for the first measure then nothing but dead air.

Since Hookpad is effectively “bouncing” your project, best results are achieved by waiting until the progress bar reaches 100% before doing any other action on your computer (clicking away from the window will cancel the export, and using other tabs or applications on your computer may overload your processor and cause audio glitches in the export). If this doesn’t help, please email the name of your song to support(at)hooktheory.com and we can take a look to see if there’s something specific going on in your project.
