Please help. My hooktheory book 1 is not working ! I still see everything but the audio-viisual is not working

Same here. Bought Hooktheory I for iOS and video/audio is not working. 
Clicking on the “play” button is just ignored by the app.
iOS 12, iPhone 6s.
Can’t access either of the books I bought abd paid for! Like wtf people? Stop selling me what I already have and Make it just work right please!
