In memory of Elizabeth Reed

Guys, please. I’ve called this to your attention before. Dicky Betts’ song with the Allman Brothers’ Band “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed” is not in the key of G major as your website declares. The song starts out with A minor 9 and D and that’s the majority of it. The melody notes also fit with A minor. The song DOES NOT CONTAIN A SINGLE G chord. How can it be in G? Did a human being make that determination or is it machine intelligence at work? Either way it’s just plain wrong, OBVIOUS that it isn’t in any MAJOR key at all. Who is served by this misinformation? Obviously I’m a crank! But that being said, I’m also right.

it was a human being as like the previous guy said, this website is made by users like you and you can edit any song if you like. I’ve corrected that mistake the previous contributor made and changed the key to A Dorian like it should be.

likely the vamping caused the confusion for someone to think G was an option  LOL
