How do I use the different voices lead 1,2,3 4

I am trying to understand how to use the different voice settings of lead 1,2,3 and 4 to change the band sound settings for each one.

I see this in some videos people using this some how and I see it in sample load in songs but I do not see how to use it.

If I want to make a bass only voice then a lead 1 and 2 and 3 how do I do that so I can set each sound for each item and its own notes for each one?

I do not see any numbers in the band area that correspond to the 1,2,3 and 4 to know what to change or edit?

Hi, if you click into the melody region, you can see a box with voice properties on the right side. There you can select the active voice you are writing. In the band browser you will only find voices 2, 3 and 4 after you have used any of those in the melody section.
