Hookpad won't load anymore

When I login to my account and open hookpad: https://hookpad.hooktheory.com/

the screen only has the company logo and the software version number but it doesn’t open.

I’m on a Mac, using Chrome

Hi, I’m sorry for your troubles!

One thing you could try is to open Hookpad and if it doesn’t load, press CMD + SHIFT + R. This should load a fresh version of Hookpad. If this doesn’t help either, you could try deleting your cache.

Hi there, I’ve had this issue for a while I just never got around to reporting it. Anyway, it worked first time, without any action on my part!

I’ll try your suggestions if the issue recurs though.
