Hookpad: Last chord in bar not playing with loop on

I’m working on a transcription of the song “Say Hello” by April Wine which is in 6/8 time (168 Bpm). When playing the first bar of the song with the loop enabled, the last chord of the bar does not play:

Anyone know why that might be happening?
