amazing brilliant product, really loving it. Great community too! I have a decent grasp of music theory and this app is amazing, but I have one observation.
The note durations in Hookpad are based on length of a beat, music notation is based on length and resolution of the measure, so in 4/4 time the measure is 4 quarter notes long.
In hookpad the duration 1/4 is a quarter of a beat, which in 4/4 is a quarter note, 1/4 of a 1/4 note is a 16th note. I find it unnecessarily confusing to select 1/4 to lay down 16th notes
I assume this came up at some point in the UI discussions, what is the reason?
