On page 2.3 of Hooktheory II, there’s a footnote about the double-meaning of “dominant” that redirects to the path /ii-app/ instead of /ii/app/. I haven’t checked whether this affects all footnotes on all pages, but copying the link and replacing the hyphen with a forward slash directs me to the correct location on the page.
