FL Studio midi import cannot be edited

I export a line of midi melody (simple) into Hookpad, and cannot rearrange notes in the program.
Just thought you should know.

Hello! I’m no expert in DAWs, nor do I have one, but here’s my thought anyway:
This might be a glitched midi file or a bug with FL Studio.
