On some videos, I keep getting a play arrow with a line through it. I’m on an iPhone 5s and never have had trouble playing any type of video before. I’d like to know how to fix this. Thanks
SOLUTION: So far, every time this has happened it is because the phone doesn’t have enough available resources. Please try closing a few other apps and restarting Hooktheory I. That will most likely work. If it doesn’t a solution that has always worked for the people that experience this problem is to delete the app and re-install from the app store.
