[Fixed] BufferLoader: XHR error

I get a “BufferLoader: XHR error” message when I try to open one of my tabs. The tab’s buffering gets stuck on “50” and never loads.

Hi @SomeDude, can you try clearing your cache, refreshing the page, and letting us know if this solves the problem.

Hello,

I seem to be getting this same error. It pops up five times in a row right when the loading hits 50% and is performing “loading sounds.” I’ve tried clearing my cache and refreshing several times to no avail.

I’m running Chrome Version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit) on OSX Yosemite 10.10.5.

Any ideas?

Update:
After trying on Firebox and Safari, when trying to create a new tab, I get the following error:

“Error retrieving instrument specification XML: //s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.hooktheory.com/assets/sounds/pitchplayer/specifications/specification-htpiano-mp3.xml”

Update 5/5:
This seems to have fixed itself now. Unsure the reason.
