Dust in the wind 8/4

So Dust in the wind’s chorus is transcribed in 8/4 but that’s not an option. So how was this done?

I am guessing that since the first edit was by “Hooktheory” on 2010 it probably was a dev test or back in 2010 8/4 was available before they removed it
