Cannot Enable Midi Input

Just subbed and wanting to input a melody line via my midi keyboard.

While chrome detects the midi keyboard itself, I cannot select the enable midi option at all and therefore cannot record anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @JohnDaCruz ,

It’s possible that Hookpad hasn’t recognized your purchase, can you try logging out and logging back in again?

as @ryan said log out and back in again from within Hookpad (you may still be logged into the website but not the app)

Hey, guys.

Thanks so much. That did fix the issue. The midi tends to go a bit haywire from time to time, but all I have to do is reset the app to get it working again. Much easier to lay down a melody track now.
