C#m7(#9) is voiced with the #9 an octave too high

i think the D# here can be moved down an octave? unless there’s something technical that makes this unfeasible or i’m missing something that would make this sound bad

this doesn’t happen with any other m7#9 chords that i’ve tried

borrow v9 from Dorian instead

This also happens in other m9 chords, specifically E, B, D#, A#, C, D and A (but it only happens if you #9 the phrygian 7th chord)
