Black Screen in Certain Tabs

Some of the tabs I have created (not all) show only a BLACK SCREEN where my information is and I cannot get to anything. Is there a reason for this? If it was for ALL my tabs I would figure it’s a browser issue but only a few are like that. Help?? Thanks!

@kippit, we have had reports of this happening in Chrome intermittently on certain computers. The solution is do disable hardware acceleration in Chrome’s settings. Here is how to do it:

  1. In Chrome go to Settings
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the “Settings” page and click “Show Advanced Settings”
  3. Scroll down to the section that says “System” and uncheck the box that says “Use hardware acceleration when available”.
  4. Restart Chrome.

So far, this solution has worked for everyone that has reported the “Black Screen” issue.
