At the very bottom during the Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson section, it points out weak and strong beats. however, I thought strong beats can only occur on the first and third beat of a bar and weak beats are the second and fourth. How come it’s telling me Theres a strong beat in the fourth section of the bar?
