I wish to terminate my subscription; however, there is no button or option available for cancellation anywhere on the platform. Although my active subscriptions are displayed, there is no corresponding option to cancel. I am highly displeased with this situation and request an immediate resolution.

Please, I have not used your software for a year, so I am asking for a refund, which is shown on the attached invoice.
