Still Can't Open Any Saved Projects Version 2.36.5

On version 2.36.5. Still can’t open any of my saved projects. Perpetual Loading loop. Tried Hard refresh and clearing cache. Please fix asap

And now the Band feature won’t even open!! what the heck? If this doesn’t get fixed soon I want a refund I am paying monthly for this product.

sorry to hear you’re still having trouble with songs not loading in 2.36.5 — I know that’s frustrating. Could you try clearing your browser cache and then reloading Hookpad? Sometimes old cached files can cause problems after an update. Another quick test is to open Hookpad in an incognito/private browsing window. If it loads there, then it’s likely cache-related.

Let me know if that changes anything.
