At some point this was a problem that got fixed. Sometimes measures get automatically added, and users don’t notice it when they submit a TheoryTab. There was an update a while ago that made it so any measures that occurred after the end of the Youtube sync would automatically get removed on the TheoryTab upload. I don’t know why that update has been reverted, hopefully it gets fixed.

We were able to fix the issue. The empty bars should be gone again after the next update of Hookpad.
