Some chord tones are ignored by harmonizers

When a note is contained in a chord, the harmonizer instruments always prefer other chord tones over shifting the note by thirds, but I found at least one chord where this isn’t the case:

Since B belongs in E(add9), the 2-note harmonizer should pick E and G♯ (this is what happens on V/vi without the added ninth), but this plays D and G instead.
