Is it impossible to create sixteenth-note triplet?
The ‘Make Triple’ button is only enabled starting from eighth notes 
Are quintuplets also not supported?

it used to be possible with glitches, but it has been fixed so unfortunately there is no way to create notes shorter than a sixteenth note.
quintuplets (or any other non/4 note value) as far as I know I do not think it is possible, unless there is some other obscure bug that allows it
