Search by Chord Progression form disappears on interaction

The form on the Advanced Search → Search by Chord Progression page, i.e., the Search Theorytab by Chords page, disappears after pretty much any interaction, like selecting any of the checkboxes or clicking on any of the dropdowns. I am able to enter chords, but clicking SEARCH also makes it disappear. Everything inside <div id="root"> vanishes and I get an Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get') on the console. It only reappears after a hard refresh.

This is in both Chrome and Edge on Windows 11 and in Chrome on macOS, all fully updated, and in incognito mode to disable extensions.

It does work in Safari on macOS, and both Chrome and Safari on iOS, but on mobile I have to type in the URL or use a bookmark to get there. As far as I can tell, there are no links to it anywhere on the hooktheory site on mobile.
