This one is a troll tab meant to rick roll people. If you wanted to rick roll people with hooktheory, just use the actual song. I did change the key twice, first to C Harmonic Minor as the Harmonic Minor and Phrygian Dominant scales don’t have cheat sheets and then to G# Locrian to see it say that it’s the least popular key among Locrian and all keys as the only song which in this key is also in a another key.
