Hey sorry! Not sure why those emails you refer to aren’t coming in to our support in box. I see a couple of emails from you that we responded to back in 2021 but nothing more recent until a new one this morning which came in as normal. I have responded to that email. Possibly those earlier emails didn’t get sent for some reason or went to the wrong address?
