So I have seen a lot of song tabs that cannot be synced up because the tempo is constantly change through the song, Hookpad only allows tempo change in the beginning of a bar. So I think maybe adding this will make those tabs more accurate although it pretty difficult to see the tempo change clearly since the length bar of that is pretty long!

that would be cool except i’m wagering getting the patterns to work correctly with adhoc tempo change placement might be hard. for me, i simply split a measure and change the tempo (e.g. if beat 3 (in 4/4) needs to uptempo, i’ll split the measure in 2 beats each and change the tempo on (what would be) the 3rd beat). in no way a perfect solution as it can trigger pattern changes you might not want (drum rolls for example), so more work to tweak the band settings etc.
