Hai, when I want to edit lyrics at some point, clicking at that point results in the pointer to jump to a random position in de lyric. Than I have to scroll and find the right position again. The editor does this everytime I click a new position. It’s a bit annoying.
But I love Hookpad. Also Keppie and Benny from Australia, who teach online songwriting, advise using Hookpad. And I agree totally.
Just to be sure this is the same issue I reported a while back - do the lyrics jump back to the top when clicking on them when the cursor isn’t active in the lyrics window?
Yes, this is a known problem. I just didn’t find any steps of actions that will reproduce this error all the time, so I couldn’t debug this yet. I guess that the editor might have loose focus sometimes and then moves the cursor back to the the top when refocussing.
So if one of you had an idea of how to reproduce this, it would be a great help for me to get this fixed.

This happens to me too. This happens after I do a lot of note editing. Then, when I click in the lyric editor and type a letter it jumps to the top. The second time I find my place and place the cursor, everything works as normal. I’m using Opera as my browser.
