Line breaks are not correctly displayed in TheoryTabs

In a TheoryTab line breaks only appear after 4, 8, or 16 bars, regardless of where they were placed in Hookpad and only one line break is displayed per section, regardless of how many were placed in Hookpad.

I just encountered this in Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands by Bob Dylan Chords, Melody, and Music Theory Analysis - Hooktheory, where I put a break after 9 bars but TheoryTab displays it after 12.
