I received this message despite the fact.!'have bought the licence why couldn’t have the total access coming with my purchase ?
This same problem is new to me after updating windows a few hours ago. Nothing is exporting.

Toujours la même erreur 500 ce matin. Mon anglais étant approximatif je ne sais pas si les gens de l’équipe support ont bien compris. Apparemment nous ne sommes pas les seuls à qui cela arrive !
