I purchased the Monthly Hookpad but I still cannot exprot midi

Do I need to purchase the full priced version to export midi or should it be working for me with the monthly? Not sure what is goin on here

I looked into your account and it looks like the reason you can’t export is that the subscription never got activated correctly. It’s likely you either were signed in with a different account when you purchased or you were not signed in and would have needed to click on an activation link in an email you should have received to link it up (sometimes this email ends up in spam folders).

If you can’t find the activation email. Go ahead and send a message to support @ hooktheory dot com and we’ll get you sorted. (if you can forward the email receipt or if you can’t find it have an idea for which email the account was paid with that can be helpful, else the last 4 digits of the credit card you used will usually do it)

same thing happening to me. I’ve activated at least once. maybe twice

Can you verify what account you are signed in to from within Hookpad? I checked and this username is activated correctly so it is probably a sign in issue (either being signed in to forum/website but not Hookpad, or being signed in to Hookpad but with wrong username).
