How to play the chord as a broken cord ?
This depends on the instrument you’re using. In general there are three ways to get broken chords.
- Use a second melody voice and write the arpeggiated pattern yourself.
- Use a harmony instrument patch which breaks the chord. Currently there aren’t that many options but here are some suggestions:
- Studio Piano → Alberti Bass
- Percussive Pads → Club Arp
- Percussive Pads → Dreamscape Arp
- All Guitars except the Rock Guitar have Arpeggio and Picked patches
- All bass instruments have a patch called “Electric Flow” which also arpeggiates the Chords.
