Sometimes I really like thinking about writing music from a composer point of view, other times I use Hookpad to capture ideas that I create on the piano and I don’t know why I think something works or if it does but then I spin my tires so hard just trying to get a chord with D F B, which I think is a dm6 chord. Can someone tell me how to put this chord into Hookpad? Thanks much in advance! Sorry if this has been answered already, but this chord inversion terminology really messes up the searches.
