Hi I am having the same issue. The Buffer Loading XHR. I was using your trial version of the hookpad on my Mozilla Firefox. Previously it had the issue. Followed the first thread on removing cache. It didn’t work at first and then suddenly it started working again.
Now, I have just made the purchase for Hookpad+ and I can’t seem to get past the error this time round. Even after following the refresh stage. Would you be able to help?

PS: I tried other browers like Chrome and Edge. It still does not work.

If you can. Would you be able to help me export a file from my account? Into MIDI, Score and WAV Format?
