Hookpad 2 release and features

Hello Hooktheory team,

Is there an estimate date for when Hookpad 2 will be released? Also, can you please provide us with a list of some features that can be expected in Hookpad 2?

@musicianman We don’t have a firm release date that we’d like to commit to yet. Sorry 2016?

I’d love to be able to put in and drag notes with the mouse like in a traditional piano roll. Editing in the middle of a melody is very unintuitive in the current version.

Any update on this? Very curious what new features will be added and when it will be released.

It’s been 12 months since this post. I know porting everything to HTML5 might be difficult and that you guys have been doing it in your spare time, but at this point people have been waiting too long for Hookpad 2.
