Hey! if anyone could help me with this vi - IV - I - V progression of linkin park!?

so I recently came across hook theory and it is a dream to work with! when watching a video about linkin park analysis on you tube they say that numb is vi - IV - I - V
but the version of Hookpad doesnt correspond to that in anyway I have researched but im not sure what im missing as on Hookpad it looks like this:

the youtube video has the progression in the relative Major, hooktheory has the correct key which is Minor. try changing the key in the top right to major and you’ll see the roman numerals match up to the youtube video
