Hi, I’m going to use hookpad+ but something wrong with purchasing.
I tried to purchase hookpad+ for a month.
I wrote my credit card’s number, valid thru and cvc then I clicked pay button.
But there was an error page and $1 was gone from my credit card. Also hookpad+ doesn’t work.
I want to know how to purchase hookpad+ and where is my $1.
Can I purchase hookpad+ with extra pay $3.99? OR Can I get refund my $1?
