Error 500 - cant export

Good afternoon.
I went through the forum and cant find a solution.

BUT

I wrote a song in september 2024 and i cant export any of the leads, or pdfs related to this song. I get an error 500 cant connect to internal server.
Help me Hookpad!

Hi, I’m sorry for that. Let me ask you a couple of questions to pin point this.

  • What kind of export did you try? Audio, Score, Tabs etc?
  • Is this happening for all your songs or just a special one?
  • What browser/operating system are you using?

I just got your email from support.

The problem were the # signs in the section markers. I was able to fix it and it should work again after the next update. To export your song before that you can just remove all # signs and it should let you export.

Confirmed - it was the # marks in the section headers. Converted the G# to Ab and the exports all worked. Ty!
