I have no idea what is happening here. It appears that stuff I deleted still persists when I move notes under some circumstances. The chords in the video don’t sound right too.
This is a visual bug I think. It does not affect playback.

I think there might be something wrong with the rendering. Do you have any idea how I can reproduce this?

I think it could be completely random chance. It only has happened to me twice this month and usually happens ùif I clear everything than overwrite it with another melody/chords etc. I think it only affects the rendering of the four measures, but this is probably just speculation.
